HC signed MOU with Brusknet - Iraq

Hayat Communications has signed MOU with Brusknet offshore – Sulimaniya, Iraq, affiliate of Gulf Research and Development Offshore Company on 28th of October, 2009. The final contract will be signed maximum on 20th of December, 2009. HC will take the responsibility of Brusknet Management for 10 years against Management fees rate 7.5% of the revenue, in addition to 50% from the net profits. HC will be responsible to expand the internet services and construct new sites to be owned by Brusknet after the contract termination.
