Closed shareholding company traded on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. HC is proud to have been part of the recent complex rollout for Huawei and Kuwait's third mobile operator VIVA. This work has led to a Global Partnership Agreement with Huawei for more strategic work. |

Hayat FZCO based in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai - a wholly owned subsidiary managing operations in the UAE, Qatar and Africa. Hayat LLC based in Dubai and also with a branch in Abu-Dhabi - focused mainly on wireless infrastructure including full turnkey solutions, managed services and integration. Recent UAE contracts include projects for Wataniya, Huawei and NSN. |

Partnership with Bader Al Dafa and Son Major Qatar projects include the turnkey green field rollout of Vodafone Qatar and partnership with Nokia-Siemens Networks for the swap of Q-Tel's core network. |

Sudan |
Wholly owned subsidiary, Sudan has been an active operation since 2006. The initial focus has been on turnkey support to Mobitel (Zain) for their rollouts in Khartoum and Madani. Hayat Communications is now focusing on turnkey rollout in South Sudan, namely the Juba and Darfur regions. |

Wholly owned subsidiary Contracts here are mainly focused around the Zambia Copper Belt and include turnkey passive infrastructure rollout for Huawei and their customer MTN, a global South African operator. |

Wholly owned subsidiary. Established in India in the year 2001, offering turnkey solutions including technical installation works to all telecom operators, managed service partners and tower companies in India. From the period 2005 to 2009 the company has executed full TSP works, service TSP works, TI works, Fixed Line works, IBS works and OFC laying works for over more than 2000 sites partnering with various telecom companies across 12 Circle in India. Our clients so far include Vodafone, Airtel, Idea, Tata, Aircel, Reliance, Ericsson, NSN and American Tower Co. |

Kingdom of Bahrain |
Partnership with Sanam Holding Company L.I.C and Mrs Farida Eisa Ahmad Al Said Hayat Communications is partnering with Huawei for their turnkey rollout of the 3rd GSM operator in the Kindgdom, STC. Further we have conducted modernization and audit services for Nokia Siemens Networks. |
